About Tera Stephanie
With over 30 years in the beauty industry, Tera Stephanie is a powerhouse of expertise, passion, and innovation. She started as a hairdresser, esthetician, and nail tech—then took things to the next level, owning and operating five salons across three states. Along the way, she mastered the art of beauty, skincare, and top-tier client care, all while building a reputation for excellence.
But Tera’s ambition didn’t stop at the salon chair. She dove deep into education, earning a Bachelor’s in Communication (Interpersonal Rhetoric) and a Master’s in Professional Administration with an HR focus—giving her the perfect blend of hands-on skill and business savvy. With a keen eye for industry trends and a passion for teaching, she seamlessly transitioned into digital marketing, where she now makes more than she ever did behind the chair!
Today, Tera is a mentor, educator, and digital creator, sharing her wealth of knowledge through educational content, ebooks, and social media guides. Whether she’s helping clients feel confident, teaching others how to build their own beauty empires, or creating content that inspires, her mission is clear: to elevate, empower, and transform.
